As a long distance runner, the years of high impact exercise started to take it toll on my joints. But despite my age (47 years old) I wanted to remain active so transitioned from running to body building. however, I was still suffering with aches and pains in my hips. Nicola recommend that I have a Kenelog Injection to help reduce the pain. I was pretty skeptical at first but within 24 hours of having the injection all the pain has gone.
